It is our goal to provide a learning plan that is effective for today's rapidly changing world. The framework of the training and development program will support your Continuous Improvement Business Model.
The support and training to the Continuous Improvement Cycle Business Model will create a data driven culture by training on key skills including Excel, Data Analysis, Data Management, Process Improvement, and Performance Management. The foundation will be Excel Level 1, 2, and 3 training per the Microsoft approved curriculum followed up by Business Analysis Workshops designed to add techniques to manage data, performance, and business analytics.

Opening Hours
The majority of my sessions will be held on Wed-Fri, however, I will be doing Saturday classes to accommodate participants who need to work around a weekday work schedule. Saturday classes will be at a discount.
