About Chelsea Slaughter
We process beef, hogs, sheep and goats. We also process wild game like deer, elk and wild hogs. We offer a variety of options on processing.
We offer custom processing on your meat. All meat is sealed in vacuum pack bags except for burger and sausage, those are packaged in chub meat bags. We offer a Monday through Friday kill schedule for getting your animals into the plant. During deer season we are open as long as the deer are coming in the door.
We have an excellent Brown Sugar Cure for your processing on your hogs for bacon and hams. We have used it on beef , lamb and deer also. It is very tasty.
We are a small local company and we love what we do.
