Fitness is FUN at our Gym!
We offer 5 complete circuits in our Coed Club, LOTS of Free Weights, as well as over 40 pieces of cardio equipment. Our Ladies Only Club has a Sprint circuit, free weights, mutlistation, and a "TLC" circuit, as well as cardio equipment. Our Kids Area is included with your membership. Call to schedule a free workout! 937-773-9133. We also have an on-site weight management center, Thin & Healthy, to give you added help with your weight loss goals.
