We specialize in small group indoor cycling also called spin classes. Our CycleOps spin Bikes are the top in the industry and include watts meters.

We feel that having small group classes rather than the typical 30+ participant spin class insures more one on one instruction and allows us to customize a specific workout for every individual. Our spin Bikes are found in no other studio in Marin County and have no rival as far as the information the Joule computer provides. The "watts" meter which the Bike uses allows us to provide detailed information about your workout allowing one to actually see your progression as your fitness level improves. This information can be emailed to you after every ride. One you try our Studio you will not accept anything less.
