Our mission at L.E.A.R.N. is to educate children, adolescents, and adults by teaching them how to eat, think, and exercise the 'L.E.A.R.N. WAY'. L.E.A.R.N. is one of the first facilities on Long Island that combines exercise and nutrition for children. However, all ages are welcomed to L.E.A.R.N. the right mind-set when it comes to eating and exercising properly. With a highly educated staff that includes exercise physiologists and nutrition specialists, we plan on providing our clientele with the tools necessary for weight management and weight loss.
