ICERSIZE, LLC offers ice skating instruction, fully choreographed on-ice workouts, and fitness certification programs for all levels of ability.
ICERSIZE is a great new way to get in shape and lose weight while also learning how to ice skate. ICERSIZE is an on-ice fitness program for people of all ages and ability levels that is fun and easy to do. Certifications are available for both beginner and advanced instructors who wish to teach ICERSIZE Fitness classes. Coach certifications are also available for basic skating technique instructors. Level 1 and Level 2 DVD's can be purchased at www.ICERSIZE.com. DVD's include basic skills instruction and fully choreographed workout routines. This is the ONLY completely choreographed, on-ice exercise program for sale to both the skating community and the general public. Proudly endorsed by the Professional Skater's Association.
