About Hearing Aid Academy, LLC
Online Vocational School for Hearing Aid Specialist
This program prepares students to begin their careers as Hearing Aid Specialists. Skills students will acquire in this program include interviewing the client; testing the client's hearing; selecting the appropriate hearing aid; and fitting and dispensing hearing aids to clients. The student will acquire these skills through seven intensive on-line training lessons in the privacy of their own home and three hands-on training lessons in our state-of-the-art training facility. Students completing this program will be fully prepared to sit for the Hearing Aid Specialist Examination required by the state in which they wish to become licensed. Graduates of this program may find suitable employment with retail businesses that sell and dispense hearing aids or they may choose to establish and operate their own hearing aid business. Apprenticeship may be required. Call the Academy for more information.
