Mr. Pagano developed a passion for music beginning at the age of 11, when he learned to play the guitar and bass. Years later, Mr. Pagano held several positions in the music industry, ranging from roadie to analog recording studio technician. He then launched Tubesville Technical Services in order to capitalize on his technical audio skills.
