* To redevelop, through sustainable methods, the "Buffalo Central Terminal" complex and adjacent acreage to its intended purpose as a "Hub" of activity for the immediate neighborhood, the city of Buffalo and the region of Western New York.
* To facilitate this, the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation will continue as owner while collaborating with public and private entities to redevelop the property. This historic landmark will be re-crafted with the intent of producing a clean, appealing, well-coordinated environment.
