I have practiced in Fairfax, Virginia,as a Board-certified clinical hypnotherapist since 1994. Since that time, I have worked with thousands of clients to improve their lives. A free half-hour consultation is provided for each new client. This gives the person a chance to ask any questions and to be with me to make sure it feels o.k. Hypnotherapy is brief therapy and most clients will achieve their goal in one or two sessions. However, I have seen a fair number of people for years. They enjoy the experience and find it valuable in assisting them with whatever is going on in their life. Issues I see fairly often include: Smoking, weight, anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, phobias, procrastination, self-esteem, wellness and motivation.
