About Young-San Karate
Instruction in simple basic self defense techniques.
Host a workshop(s) at your church, community center, recreation center, club, business, YMCA, YWCA, home, organization or private session in Basic Self Defense or Rape Prevent Self Defense. Participant is age 16 and older. The module for Basic Self Defense includes: a potential attacker's philosophy, target and/or strike areas, how to form a good striking fist, how to form a good kicking foot, various pressure points, blocking techniques, grab/hold release techniques, breathing, stances, and Martial Arts custom in a very systematic fashion to learning. Also, a Rape Prevent module is added to the Basic Self Defense module for women only instruction.
