Conflict Coaching
Conflict Coaching is a "one-on-one" process between an individual and a conflict coach that helps the client effectively address specific interpersonal disputes and affords them the opportunity to acquire and perfect important conflict management skills. Throughout the coaching process, the client will define and improve their conflict management style, examine the power, emotional, and identity issues at play, and become a skilled collaborator, communicator, and transformer of conflicts. Conflict coaching has a wide application, not only in the organizational context, but it can also be utilized as crucial tool for individuals that participate in mediation and negotiations.
