We have been in business since 1981, and having been teachers previously, we take pride in educating our customers about the both the pros and cons of whatever they are considering purchasing, to make the best informed decisions. Our nickname is "The Knowledgeable Ones!" We have 3 professionally trained and certified installation crews & a dedicated service technican and troubleshooter. We also give full technical support to do-it-yourselfers. We can diagnose and solve problems related to burning either wood or gas that others cannot, sometimes, by simply playing "20 questions" over the phone. Phone advice is always free!
