By going to our website, www.MuscleAndBustle.com you can access an up to date calendar of all available classes. All classes are by reservation and you can schedule a class through the contact page on the site. Your email will be responded to within 24 hours.
Muscle & Bustle is not a gym, there are no contracts or registration fees. Rather than paying a monthly membership, you only pay for the classes that you come to! It's $10 for a Zumba, Pilates, or Yoga class and $5 for an aerobics class. "Punch Cards" can be purchased for Aerobics... $50 for a 12 Class Card or for Zumba and Pilates, $100 for a 12 Class Card.
