We work with funding companies for commercial projects. Though mainly based in Real Estate, we have funded projects outside of real estate as well.
We specialize in working through private investors in getting projects funded. They must meet one of the following criteria; 1. Humanitarian in nature. 2. Create jobs with in the community. 3. Deal with lower income housing.
Our program is not for everyone. It does on average take cash from the client of around $350,000.00 though sometimes it may be less.
