Medical transcription from audio format into a Word document that is completed to a 98% accuracy rate. Dictation can be transcribed from mini tape, regular tape, digital, or any other audio format then returned by electronic mail or by hard copy sent through the US Postal Service. All dictations are completed within a 48-72 hour period.
