Better Body Bootcamp located in Madison, WI is for all levels with "no one left behind" philosophy and is dedicated to helping you to achieve a lifestyle change through health and fitness. My goal is to provide you with fun, challenging and varying work outs along with frequent nutrition, exercise, and wellness tips so that you may adopt a healthier lifestyle and do all the things you want to do in life. Life is short so take control today.

Open during appointments and classes only. Martial arts classes are also offered through Chris Martingilio but is a different company. Discounts available for boot camp members for martial arts classes. Friday nights I run a TRX Cardio Circuit Class.
