The KanDo Organization LLC offers virtual Legal Assistance and mobile notary public services available to attorneys & the general public.
Since 2004, my company has focused on offering transcription and administrative services to attorneys, writers, insurance appraisers, real estate and construction people as well as individuals who need documents prepared. I can receive digital recordings or work from micro or standard audio tapes; most accents are no problem. Handwritten notes are also accepted.
And as a mobile Notary Public, I travel to hospitals, nursing homes, private homes and offices to verify identity and observe the signing of vehicle titles, powers of attorney, estate planning or loan documents. As a Notary Signing Agent, I assist in the completion of closing documents for mortgage refinance, reverse mortgages, equity loans, as well as annuity and settlement documents.
