Opened in 1998, Body College Studio offers Pilates private and group sessions on equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Functional Fitness apparatus), semi-private sessions with 2 or 3 people and 1 fully certified instructor and small group mat classes with no more than 8 per class for quality of instruction. We also offer Mike Wright's Golf Pilates private sessions and group sessions as well as certifications in Mat and Apparatus as MW Golf Pilates Certified Apparatus Instructor (for currently certified Pilates instructors only).
