Formulation and production of thin thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) film and sheeting, including Kraton elastomers.
We manufacture thin films ( 0.0003" to 0.025") of custom thermoplastic polymer compounds, and market these materials direct to device manufacturer. We engineer films to meet particular combinations of properties needed by medical device manufacturers and others. Our materials typically have key attributes of high elastic memory, softness, excellent optical and dielectric properties, chemical resistance and bio-compatibility, and heat sealability.
