We are a private gym specializing in functional training, small group training, bootcamp and individual coaching.
Whether you're looking to shed a few pounds or prepare for an Ironman race, we have the specialized trainers who help you achieve your goal.
Our goal is to get you to the fitness level you desire without injury, stress or overtraining. All of our trainers are Certified and skilled in a specialty beyond their regular fitness certification.
We pride ourselves on being the Valley's only GREEN gym, where all of our workouts are powered by YOU, not machines. You won't find a machine powered by electricity here, just body powered and mind motivated workouts!
