We provide fitness, and wellness services for municipality rec centers, the U.S. Army, and private clients; Also corporate workshops and consulting.
We are a part of the solution - we provide fitness, wellness, and health care solutions and systems for Parks & Recreation Departments, corporations, military bases, home clients, and other fitness training entities.
Our mission is to bring the S.A.F.E. Fitness Coaching System into several cities' Parks & Rec departments in St. Louis, consult with Army bases in the St. Louis area, and to create the most effective weight loss program in Missouri by using our patented accountability, durability, and fitness/performance system.
We build community, motivate through education, and experience lifelong results whether working with private personal training clients one on one, or presenting a "Lunch & Learn" workshop to 80 reservists at Jefferson Barracks Army Base.
