Founded in 2001, the Lexington Avenue Gym is a personal training gym with no membership fees. All services are "a-la-carte" and personalized to each client's personal fitness level and goals. The gym offers a 4,000 square foot facility with state of the art equipment, a full-size boxing ring, private bathrooms with showers, and a staff comprised experienced personal trainers.
Service offerings include personal training, boxing for fitness and one-on-one Boxing instruction. The gym also hosts a growing variety of creative classes, individual and small group Yoga, and a Nutritional Counseling Program. All offerings are available to adults, teens and kids.
Services are fee based by the hour and can be purchased individually or in packs of sessions. Friends can work out together via partner
