About Behavioral Health Billing Associates
Billing services and systems consultation for individual and group psychotherapy practices.
We provide paper and electronic billing for individual psychotherapists as well as small to medium groups of psychotherapists. In addition to billing, we track and obtain managed care authorizations, correct and pursue unpaid claims and provide reports on monthly billing, income, productivity and unpaid claims. We bill insurance companies, Employee Assistance Programs and Medicare. Additional services include collections and consultations regarding managed care panel membership and applications, practice building interventions and creating internal business procedures and systems.
