The Foundation???s five goals are:
Programs and Services:
Provide education and direct services that
respond to the needs of individuals and their
families in Tennessee who are at risk or are
affected by kidney disease.
Partnerships and Affiliations:
Expand resources available to educate the
community, and prevent and treat kidney
disease through cultivating productive
partnerships and affiliations with other
organizations and providers.
Financial Sustainability:
Diversify funding sources and manage our
resources to support growth in services and
provide for sustainability now and into the
future.
Marketing/Communications:
Position Tennessee Kidney Foundation as the
leading resource for education, prevention
and services for individuals and families
affected by kidney disease in Tennessee.
