We perform the following services:
General Administration, providing proper supervision to the Associations, pertaining to office related matters, including
responsability for the organization, maintenance and all financial statements.
We offer collections of assessments, dealing with delinquency accounts and monitoring the accounts with the lawyer.
We will take care of accounts payable, disbursing all required checks to pay bills and vouchers
Property inspections are conducted on a regular basis helping to enforce the rules and regulations.
Organizing meetings, preparing budgets and assisting in overseeing the elections of directors.
We will provide 24/7 emergency services.
