Located on a protected waterway of exciting and lovely San Francisco Bay, Afterguard Sailing Academy is an ASA certification, destination and instructor training facility. Courses are available for the first time sailor just beginning to advance as far as your goals take you.
Afterguard is the place where existing courses and text are updated or improved and new courses are developed for ASA and as an independent boating education facility. Captain Mary was one of the authors of the two new text books released in 2010 by American Sailing Association for the first two and most popular ASA courses.
Afterguard's non-profit work is with accredited Schools developing a portable education program for professional sailing education facilities and school collaboration for high school to colleg

Opening Hours
Afterguard is flexible able to add course schedules when 2 or more enroll in a desired course or course series. Can work with most travel schedules if in the USA or from outside the US. Normal business hours can be adjusted by appointment.
