Gulezian Consulting Service offers the opportunity to use Mr. Gulezian's expertise as a retired National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) senior executive and 35-year NWS veteran, in the areas of organizational development, meteorological operations, leadership development (including executive coaching and mentoring), and workforce and human capital issues.
In 2010, Mr. Gulezian worked as Senior Consulting Meteorologist for I.M. Systems Group (IMSG). He was part of a team that prepared a Feasibility Study for the modernization of the Ghana Meteorological Agency. The study was funded by a grant from the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA).
