My name is Miranda. I have been an athlete most my life. I was a cross-country runner in high school and also a state qualifying swimmer. After high school, I joined the Marine Corps and served four years. Through the Marine Corps, I received my first personal training certification and took correspondence courses for "Semper Fit" and nutrition. As a Marine, I worked as a recruiter and rigorously trained and drilled recruits to prepare for the difficult physical and emotional extremes they will endure in boot camp. My philosophy on training is that routine needs to be creative and diverse, therefore, you never get bored and you're always motivated! This involves a lot of cross-training! I like to run, swim, do cross-fit workouts, mixed martial arts, and a lot of circuit training!
