About Oasis Home Inspections
Home inspection done by a licensed and insured home inspector
During the past 20 years I was a superintendent for Del Webb, now Pulte Homes, building over 2,000 homes in Sun City West and Sun City Grand. Prior to that, I was in Del Webb's commercial division, building the recreation center for Sun City Las Vegas, an office complex in Austin, and I was the project engineer for the Del Webb Hospital in Sun City West. I am also a graduate from the ASU School of Construction.
In July 2003, I decided to take my years of experience and knowledge gained from working with Del Webb and open Oasis Home Inspections. I am fully certified and insured by the guidelines set forth by the State of Arizona. I perform the following types of inspections - Framing (Pre-drywall), New Home (Final walk through), 1 and 2 Year Warranty, and Resale.
