X-Mold was founded in 1997 to provide innovative solutions to the pest control industry. With inventions such as the Stucco ProGuard system installed in homes across Georgia to combat termite and moisture issues in synthetic stucco homes, X-Mold became a leader in the industry for innovation and quality. This system combated termite infestations in stucco homes and solved mold problems due to moisture intrusion behind the synthetic stucco.
In 2005, X-Mold entered the residential building industry as XM Industries, and has grown to become a leading provider of cost effective mold preventative pre-treatment programs and mold mitigation products. With field test success by both our remediation team and teams across the country, XM Industries can provide support for any of your pest needs.
