A.Q.C. is a locally owned company that services the entire Portland metro area. We perform routine janitorial services, and building maintenance. We offer contracts and non-contracted work. A.Q.C. also provides all floor care and routine maintenance on floors from stripping & waxing, buffing, & polishing. We also provide commercial carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and maintenance contracts for these services as well. Our professional cleaners are trained to complete full inventory monthly and we offer great pricing for building supplies should you choose to order them from us. To limit our environmental thumbprint we have chosen to invoice electronically as well as offer all "green" cleaning and paper products. Here at A.Q.C. we still believe in customer service, and practice it regularly
