At Commercial Janitorial Services we start contracts off with a detailed cleaning and establish a customized cleaning schedule so that all jobs are performed on a routine basis. Commercial Janitorial Services trains each crew member in the most current cleaning techniques and then performs on site training for a minimum of two weeks. CJS then performs surprise inspections once or twice a week to determine if cleaning crews are performing up to Commercial Janitorial Services standards.
Commercial Janitorial Services also involves our customers in monthly quality evaluations. This insures that communication between our clients and our entire staff is maintained and Commercial Janitorial Services is performing at a standard that either meets or exceeds our clients expectations.
