COACHING EXPERIENCE: At 16, I began coaching summer youth volleyball classes for the City of Manhattan Beach. Over the years, I instructed at numerous youth camps, clinics and indoor clubs. I have taught private lessons for more than 12 years to male and female players of all skill levels and ages, and have served as an instructor for the City of Manhattan Beach Adult advanced class. In 2009, I acted as an assistant coach of the Men's Volleyball Team at El Camino College.
COACHING BELIEF AND STYLE: : I believe that individual improvement occurs when you compete against players who challenge you most.
