We Broker the sale of Businesses for Business Owners in NH and Northern New England, and help them prepare for the sale of their businesses.
Since 1976 we have been brokering the sale of small to mid sized businesses in NH. We also sell Commercial Real Estate. Our main office is in Meredith, but our Associates live and work throughout Northern New England. In recent years we have diversified from our historical focus on hospitality businesses to sales of a broad range of businesses.
Our Division of Business Transition Strategies is aimed at helping business owners plan for their growth or sale of their businesses, and help them make changes to prepare for their exit from their company and transition to their next endeavor. This Division is also working in the middle market Mergers and Acquisitions area, handling bigger and more complex transactions.
