Local, raw, wildflower honey from Maple Falls, Washington, our bee hives are chemical-free & antibiotic-free. Specialty honey from independent Washington beekeepers include: Buckwheat, Alfalfa, Yellow Star Thistle, Western Washington Wildflower, Blackberry Wildflower depending on year and harvest. Brookfield farm also makes: herb infused honeys (ginger; vanilla bean; rose; lavender; stinging nettle; organic rosemary; espresso noir coffee) ; honey infused organic vinegars (organic brown rice & organic apple cider); beeswax - herb salves: muscle salve & first aid; beeswax candles; hand made furniture; and wilderness DVDs. Our farm is in Mt. Baker foothills north of Seattle and east of Bellingham. We are at the Seattle Fremont Market year-round. Our on line store is open 24/7.
