Hi Everyone,
I, Tuyen Ly (my clients called my Lee), the bussiness owner of Lake Pointe Nails & Spa. I came to the United State in 1994 with my father under HO Program (HO program is permission for all the South Vietnam government personnel to come to United States. These include army personnel or office personnel. There are a lot of concentration camps in Vietnam, and my father was jailed for 13 years in a concentration camp). I finished my High School in California, then I followed my parent to Texas 1996 because we could not find jobs and cost living was so high in California.
I went to Cosmetology School in Texas to learn how to do nail, I got my license and I worked for City Nails and Thu (the previous owner of City Nails) was
