Hi my name is Rachelle Cowden and I have been licensed in the beauty industry for 12 years. It is very important to me that I use Legal products that are non toxic and organic. I always go beyond State Regulations on sanitation of my studio and implements. You will never walk into Head to Toe Studio and have any doubt that it hasn't been cleaned from top to bottom after each client.
