Common sessions are for smoking cessation, weight management / reduction, stress relief, sports enhancement, child behavior modification, sales motivation, confidence building, pain management (with doctor's referral), behavior modifications ("ya know", "aah", nail biting, hair twirling, etc.), pre- and post-operation enhancement, anything where changing your mind will change the behavior.
