Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and has helped individuals for over 6 years with their Lifestyle Changes. She makes education a top priority, and has attended several Training Seminars in Nutrition, and Weight Loss since she became Certified.
My mission is to help individuals succeed with any Fitness Goal they wish to accomplish, and learn to maintain all of their efforts for a Healthy Lifestyle.
