At Take Ten Relaxation Studio our goal is simply to bring the awareness back to the present moment and the rest will follow.
We are very aware that many diseases, illnesses, and injuries are caused by stress and its effect on the body systems. Our belief is that we shouldn't wait until an ailment forces us to slow down and re-assess, but instead we should take a proactive approach and make strides to drastically reduce stress & the impact it has on our overall health and well-being before problems arise.
Utilizing the various modalities of massage, yoga, meditation, and energy work we will reintroduce you to that inner focus and strength that you either forgot you possessed or never knew you had!
