A full scope healing arts and massage therapy practice serving youth and adults.
Before working as a dedicated massage therapist and instructor I had a full career as a Certified Athletic Trainer at the university, high school and clinical arenas. I bring this education and experience to you offering a full evaluation and treatment plan to best serve you. If you are seeking a great relaxing massage or have specific needs to aid in pain relief from injury or overuse, chronic or acute I will assist you to regain health, wellness and optimal function integrating many available modalities and techniques. Your integrated session may include cranio sacral therapy, applied kinesiology, deep tissue and therapuetic massage techniques to mention a few. Whatever you may need from head to toe I am here to help you.
