Do you have neck, shoulder or low back pain? I have 7 years experience helping clients move from pain to comfort and ease. I offer treatments designed to relieve repetitive strain injuries (RSI), low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, muscle strains and stress.
I am nationally certified in Massage Therapy and Zero Balancing (ZB) since 2006.
Zero Balancing is a leading-edge body-mind therapy that focuses on the bones and joints and feels great! ZB uses skilled touch to create points of balance around which the body can relax and reorganize. ZB promotes well-being, reduces pain and stress, improves balance and energy flow in the body.
I am currently training with Zero Balancing founder Fritz Smith, MD to offer ZB classes to healthcare professionals and the general public.
