Deep Tissue Massage uses fists, knuckles, elbows, & forearms to direct pressure to affectthe sublayers of musculature in & around troublesome areas. It helps with chronic muscularpain, injury rehab, and reduces inflammation related discomfort caused by arthritis and tendonitis.
