USDA inspected plant, and we make frozen Cajun products, such as boudin, boudin balls, stuffed pistolettes, crawfish pies, and gravy browning sauce.
Frozen Cajun Specialty food is produced under federal USDA inspection for meat products, and under FDA inspection for seafood products and dry goods. All of our products are listed there, with cooking directions, and pictures of cooked product and various packaging options. We package for both retail and for food service. We private label some of our products for other companies, and we sell our products under our own labels as well. Our products include Pork (Hot or Regular, or Brown Rice), Seafood (Crawfish or Shrimp), Pies (Crawfish or Shrimp), Boudin Balls or Bites (Pork, Shrimp, Crawfish, or Alligator), Blanc's Stuffed Pistolettes, and Brown Kwik gravy browning sauce.
