About Phases of Restoration
We handle the cleaning of move ins and move outs of apartments, on contract or hourly basis. We clean for both domestic, and commercial properties.
We pack tenants, clean their apartments, and unpack. We also work on contract basis, and we will schedule and come and clean. We work for apt. complexes, on turnovers. We try to assist the tenant on getting their damage deposit returned at the end of a lease agreement. We also help the apartment complexes by helping them to fill apartments in a timely manner, we also clean whole apartment buildings(hallways, stairwells, floors, windows etc. We have a website that details so much more that we do.
