Having a cleaning service is a very intimate situation. You are having complete strangers inside your house and into your private life, and around your family and pets. I will tell you a little about our small family owned service.

1.)  I do bring my own supplies, however do to customers personal preferences and chemical allergies I have clients that like specialty products, which either they have the option to supply or I purchase and add them to the bill.  At that point those products are owned by that account until they are depleted. Same with the Vacuum, we have a Hepa-filter vac., however some accounts like their own equipment used and that is okay by me. I operate in "the 1 signing the checks, gets the service they are paying for!" mode.
