We are a custom order butcher shop!
Here our customers pick out the cut of meat they want and we cut it the way they want it. There are no pre-wrapped meats, and no tray packs! We have a very knowledgable and friendly staff ready to asist you. Give us a try, and you'll never go back to the grocery store. Oh and by the way, our meat prices are on average about 1/2 the price of typical grocery stores.
