Whether you just need to pick up a steak for dinner, get a few items for the week or enough to get you through the next month, we are your full service meat market. We have package deals that range anywhere from our "sampler" to our "full load of bull." The meat is cut fresh and packaged according to your preferences. All of our meat is hormone and antibiotic free.
We offer 14 varieties of sausage that we make fresh several times a week.
Thumann's provides us with exceptional quality deli meats and cheeses that can be sliced to your specifications.
We also carry lamb, bison, and a large selection of seafood.
