This business was formed in 2008 by two long-time friends. Both men have extensive academic and practical management experience. Disillusioned with the business practices shown in today's markets, Greg and Chris joined forces to provide traditional business practices and service. Our work is guided by the business of times past, when the client received the assurance and then delivery of exceptional service from the provider. Too many businesses of today focus more on profits and less on the quality of the service they provide. The term "customer service" has become cliche, rather than the promise it once was and should always be.
